Is a deposit is required?

Yes, 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the signing of contract, remainig balance is due 15 days prior to the departure date

What is the refund policy?

If charter is cancelled withing 15days of departure date, no refund will be given, if cancelled outside of the 15 day period, the deposit will be charged only.

When is final payment due?

15 days prior to the departure date

Is there a discount for renting more then one bus?

Unfortunately, No discounts can be given for multiple bus charters, it cost the same amount of money to run 1 as it does 20 coaches.

What if my trip runs longer than expected?

The cost of the trip is estimated at the time of booking, if charter goes over time allowance, then typically our office will re-invoice on the next business day.

If I don't need the bus for the whole day, do I still need to pay for it all day?

There 5 hour minimum on coaches, additional fees will be charged on a hourly basis for any overages.

Do I pay for parking or tolls?

All tolls, parking fees, and lodging for the drivers will be at the responsibility of the client.

Do I need to tip the driver?

We highly recommend tipping the driver, we ask that all tips be given directly to the driver.

How can I pay?

Executive Coach accepts Visa, MC, AMEX, Diners Club, checks, money orders and wire transfers.

Is there a tax deduction for non-profit organizations?

There is no charge for tax on transportation in the state of Texas.

Is a mini bus able to travel long distances?

Yes, Please contact office for details.

Do I need to find a hotel room for the driver?

It is the responsibility of the client to provide lodging for the driver.

Do your buses have air conditioning?

Yes, all coaches are equipped with air conditioning.
