When is payment due?

A non-refundable deposit of 25 percent is due at the contract signing, the remainig balance is due 14 days prior to the day of departure.

What is the policy for refunds?

If the contract is cancelled within 14 days of date of departure, no refund will be given. If the contract is cancelled prior to the 14 day period, only the non-refundable 25 percent deposit will be charged.

Is there a discount for renting multiple buses?

Unfortunately, the expense is the same to operate one or fifty buses.No discounts can be given for multiple bus charters.

What if my charter is longer than expected?

The charter cost is estimated, if the trip extends past the reservation time then typically we will send a new invoice on the next business day.

What if I only need a few hours and not a whole day?

We require a 5 hour minimum on charters plus additional fees on a hourly basis for any overages.

Are parking and toll charges included in the price?

Any parking fees or tolls will be the responsibility of the client.

Should I tip the driver?

Tipping the driver is highly recommended, we ask that any tips be given directly to the driver.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, money orders, wire transfers plus Visa, MC, AMEX, and Diners Club.

Do non-profit organizations get a tax exemption?

In the state of Texas there is no charge for tax on transportation.

Who is responsible for the drivers lodging?

The client is responsible for providing the driver with lodging.
